I'll admit, I've got a love-hate relationship with Flash. The interactivity it brings to web pages is very cool but building Flash files it a royal pain. Now maybe I'm slow, but I found that it takes me nearly 4 hours to build a site in Flash vs. an hour in standard HTML.
